Open House
Periodically SRC holds an open house event that reaches out to the surrounding community. This event gives participants a chance to learn about the mission of SRC, interact with the scientists and staff that work here, and get a sense of how research in science can impact their daily lives.
The next open house will be held on October 4, 2009. See our electron storage ring, hear about how the SRC works, learn from scientists, and participate in our science activities and demonstrations.
Tours of limited size leave every 10-15 minutes and last a little more than an hour. The Last tour leaves at 4:00 PM.
